Terms of Service

1. Purpose

Klyp ("the Service") is published by Lynxion ("we", "us"). It allows a user to publish a video simultaneously on several third-party social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, and others to come) from a single submission, and to cut a long video into short vertical clips.

2. Account and connection to third-party platforms

To use the Service, you must connect your own accounts on the relevant third-party platforms through their official authorization system (OAuth). We never have access to your passwords. You may revoke this access at any time from your account on the third-party platform or directly within Klyp.

3. Published content

You remain solely responsible for the content (videos, titles, descriptions, thumbnails) you import and publish through the Service. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights over this content and agree to comply with the rules of each third-party platform on which you publish.

4. Permitted use

You agree not to use the Service to publish illegal or misleading content, or content that violates the terms of use of the relevant third-party platforms. We reserve the right to suspend access to the Service in the event of a breach.

5. Subscription and cancellation

The free plan is limited (publications and videos cut into clips — see the Pricing page). The Pro plan is an auto-renewing subscription, billed according to how you subscribed:

• From the iOS app: the subscription is managed by Apple (in-app purchase). Payment is charged to your Apple account upon purchase confirmation, and then at each renewal, unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel your subscription directly from your Apple account settings (iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions), in accordance with Apple Media Services' terms of use.
• From the website: the subscription is billed monthly via Stripe, our payment provider. You may cancel it at any time from your account, with no commitment and no justification required.

Except where Apple's own terms provide otherwise (see above), cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for: you retain access to Pro features until that date, with no renewal or further charge afterward. No pro-rata refund is issued for a period already committed to, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is". We use reasonable efforts to ensure its availability, without guaranteeing continuous or error-free operation, particularly in the event of unavailability or changes to third-party platforms' APIs.

7. Liability

Lynxion cannot be held liable for consequences arising from the use of third-party platforms (account suspension, content removal, changes to their terms of use, etc.), as these are governed by their own rules.

8. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms at any time. The version in effect is the one published on this page.
