How does Klyp work?

Import a long video (podcast, interview, stream...): Klyp automatically transcribes it, selects the most interesting moments using AI, reframes them in vertical format with face tracking, burns in word-by-word synchronized subtitles, and lets you publish directly to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, and Snapchat.

A job fails or stays stuck

First check that the source video actually contains audio (Klyp needs the audio track to transcribe and select the best moments). If processing takes more than 20 minutes without finishing, close and reopen the app β€” the job keeps running in the background on the server and you'll get a notification as soon as it's ready. If the problem persists, contact us with the approximate date and time of the attempt.

Connecting an account doesn't work

Make sure you grant all the access requested during the connection screen (some platforms show several confirmation steps). For YouTube/TikTok, the app sometimes needs to be approved by their own teams before publishing becomes fully automatic β€” in that case, a message will tell you so directly in the app.

Subscription and billing

Klyp Pro subscriptions go through Apple's payment system (App Store) β€” to cancel, change, or request a refund, go to iOS Settings β†’ your name β†’ Subscriptions. Klyp does not have access to your payment information and cannot process refunds directly.
